VladPRomation & Metal 1on1 is proud to present a
crossover thrash trio with their debut release << The Void >>
FFO: Stormtroopers Of Death (S.O.D.), D.R.I.,
Home: New Zealand (Christchurch)
Style: Crossover Thrash
Title: The Void
Release: 27h March 2020
𝕾𝖎𝖓 𝖑: 𝕲𝖚𝖎𝖙𝖆𝖗 & 𝕭𝖆𝖘𝖘: Sharp, clean and fast pure (chord changing) metallic riffage, additional solo melodies with a church! pickings of loose bass licks
𝕾𝖎𝖓 𝖑𝖑: 𝖁𝖔𝖈𝖆𝖑𝖘: Straight to point punky shouted vocals, while the backend vocals, give a solid anthem vibe.
𝕾𝖎𝖓 𝖑𝖑𝖑: 𝕯𝖗𝖚𝖒𝖘: Punky & catchy mid-tempo drum patterns
𝕾𝖎𝖓 𝖑𝖁: 𝕺𝖛𝖊𝖗𝖆𝖑𝖑: With only eight songs, of pure straight to the point, edgy and funky combination of Thrash Metal, 80's Punk Rock and bleak, dystopian, futuristic imagery.
Energetic crossover, at its best, for me, listening to 3000AD, was liking listening to a straight forward punk band, but with a fast- clean, modern sound, with a tint of thrash metal aggressive, but with their own & unique style and sound!!
What I do like about this full-length, that each of the songs is different from each another, with notable changes in the chords/riffs, funky & catchy beats, mid-pace (melodic moments) to fast outbursts,
Looking at the artwork & the tracklisting, this full-length tells a concept story of a dystopian, futuristic world, probably set in the year 3000AD
*full of energy & fun*
*entertaining & exciting*
with their own
𝕾𝖎𝖓 𝖁: 𝕬𝖗𝖙𝖜𝖔𝖗𝖐: Dark & Epic, dystopian, futuristic imagery of the future! [fits well with the music & songs]
𝕾𝖎𝖓 𝖁𝖑: 𝕺𝖚𝖙𝖘𝖙𝖆𝖓𝖉𝖎𝖓𝖌: The whole thing and the artwork
𝕾𝖎𝖓 𝖁𝖑𝖑: 𝕯𝖎𝖘𝖑𝖎𝖐𝖊: none.
