𝕾𝖎𝖓 𝖑: 𝕲𝖚𝖎𝖙𝖆𝖗 & 𝕭𝖆𝖘𝖘: Mixture of old-school/raw repetitive black metal riffs & rocking (fret-board shredding) out rhythm n' roll sections, with atmospheric/ethereal (-Esque psychedelic/sci-fi) keys

𝕾𝖎𝖓 𝖑𝖑: 𝖁𝖔𝖈𝖆𝖑𝖘: A mixture of raspy/shrieking vocals & other multifaceted vocal styles

𝕾𝖎𝖓 𝖑𝖑𝖑: 𝕯𝖗𝖚𝖒𝖘: Raw & malefic drumming & blast-beats, that are epic & dynamic

𝕾𝖎𝖓 𝖑𝖁: 𝕺𝖛𝖊𝖗𝖆𝖑𝖑: A warm & evil welcome, to the most exciting northeast black metal act, Dinenthal, hailing from the heart of Newcastle, with Kinley spirit for the Kingdom of Northumbria

There is no other black metal act, that captures the heart and spirit of the northeast, like Dinenthal, mixes not just raw black metal & spiritual realm of the cold northeast, but adds harsher sound, sci-fi/psychedelic rock, rock n' roll, heavy metal & progressive rock, many other influences/elements to his magical black cauldron, while giving us a feeling of raw black metal with a modern sound, with an experience that must be heard, to be believed, a truly individual sound

Lyrical themes are all based in the heart of Northumbria, taking the inspiration of folktales, turning them into his version, title tracks like "Wyrm of Bedbbanburgh" is a tale of a wicked witch turning a princess into a wyrm-dragon, "Dark Reefs of the Farne Islands" are islands off the coast of Bedbbanburgh (Bamburgh Castle), (last track) "King Coal and the Witchpricker" base on the Newcastle witch trials of 1649/50, not forgetting track six, about the gruesome dark tales of (infamous) "Chillingham Castle"

Dinenthal beautifully blends both the, harsher dense black metal passages and space/psychedelic rock, making the riffs, drums, vocals, whole music multifaceted

Entertaining from start to finish, I thoroughly enjoyed this album

Not to miss, for fans, you love horror, paganism, dark history/fantasy,  vortex of space & time, black metal & progressive/psychically rock

*full of energy*

a true masterpiece of craftsmanship & musicianship*

𝕾𝖎𝖓 𝖁𝖑: 𝕺𝖚𝖙𝖘𝖙𝖆𝖓𝖉𝖎𝖓𝖌: Everything, the music, lyrical themes, taking black metal to a new approach.
