Runtime: 52:46

Label: Mourning Light Records

𝕾𝖎𝖓 𝖑: 𝕲𝖚𝖎𝖙𝖆𝖗 & 𝕭𝖆𝖘𝖘: An deliverance of a substantial (fast) melodic riffing, with energetic rhythms with an atmospheric feel. The riffage is entertaining with chord changes & tempos, (odd solos here and there) from both guitarists, with ravaging pickings of the bass.

𝕾𝖎𝖓 𝖑𝖑: 𝖁𝖔𝖈𝖆𝖑𝖘: Mixture Ghostly shrieks, snarling & (at times) low growls, that adds to the atmosphere

𝕾𝖎𝖓 𝖑𝖑𝖑: 𝕯𝖗𝖚𝖒𝖘: Epic – powerful and thundering tempo drumming and countless blast-beats

𝕾𝖎𝖓 𝖑𝖁: 𝕺𝖛𝖊𝖗𝖆𝖑𝖑: Dragging the listener into a beautiful acoustic, deep warm-hearted drumming instrumental introduction, that builds up into a vortex of classic black metal screams, and pure extreme-tinted of melodic, experimental & atmospheric/depressive influences, with added acoustic moments.

Hecate new release, should not be passed up or ether their other work, for me, Ode au désert suspendu, is full of energy, with good clean production with a tint of old-school/raw black metal but sharp, and without a doubt, the (lengthy) songs and entire music is epic/dynamic, grim & sturdy, with their very own unique (energetic) sound, compelling writing lyrical themes on Literature, Myths, and the Cosmos.

If you like your black metal either old-school/modern, melodic, sharp, raw/depressive, atmospheric and brutal and extreme in one vortex, this is a one for you!

*full of energy*

*entertaining* * an outrageously-masterpiece*

𝕾𝖎𝖓 𝖁: 𝕬𝖗𝖙𝖜𝖔𝖗𝖐: Unique, all I can think of

𝕾𝖎𝖓 𝖁𝖑: 𝕺𝖚𝖙𝖘𝖙𝖆𝖓𝖉𝖎𝖓𝖌: For me, how the band blends both the sharp modern sound with an old-school, melodic/atmospheric sound.

𝕾𝖎𝖓 𝖁𝖑𝖑: 𝕯𝖎𝖘𝖑𝖎𝖐𝖊: none.
